We accept new patients who live anywhere in Cambridge City except East Barnwell.
(Postcodes CB5 8LN - CB5 8ZZ).

All UK residents have the right within the NHS to be registered with a Doctor. We are delighted to accept new patients onto our list.

If you wish to register with the Practice, please visit us and talk to our receptionists, or register on-line. This will allow us to give a record within the Practice and any further details can be completed when you first attend.

It would be great help if you could bring with you your up-to-date medical card. If you cannot find it, don't worry. Simply see our receptionist and ensure you know the following details:

  1. Full name, including previous names
  2. Date and place of birth
  3. Last address
  4. New address and post code
  5. Last name and address of your previous Doctor
  6. NHS number if known - not the same as your National Insurance number!
