Smoking Cessation Advice
There is no more effective step you can do to improve your own health than to stop smoking. The evidence of its damaging effects are beyond refute and the body starts to recover almost immediately you stop (so does your wallet).
However we also know how difficult it can be to stop and that many have stopped only to start again when stressed or when things go wrong.
At the Practice we have dedicated Nurses , trained in smoking cessation who can help you. They can assess your readiness to stop, discuss treatment options, and support, then follow you through to give you the help you need to make this change.
If you want to talk about your smoking as a first step in the journey, either make an appointment with your Doctor or Practice Nurse to discuss how we can help you.
