Why join our Patient Participation Group?
Lensfield Medical Practice exists for the benefit of our patients. We want to hear about the services we provide from a patient’s perspective and to gain insight into how we can improve. Your involvement can help by
1. Reinforcing what is working well,
2. Giving constructive feedback and making suggestions for improvement,
3. Encouraging the right balance of patient responsibility and professional responsibility for health,
4. Researching the views of our wider patient population, and
5. Communicating with our patient population and the team at Lensfield.
What would this involve?
The Patient Participation Group is run by you as patients. It is helpful to meet regularly with at least one member of our practice team to discuss issues and concerns, planned changes, any patterns of feedback and suggestions (but not individual details of complaints), patient survey results, the Friends and Family Test and views from local community groups. Lensfield Medical Practice team will develop action plans with the Patient Participation Group to drive improvement in our services.
