For hospital results, please use or sign up to MyChart. Please note that we do not have access to all of your hospital results.
For results of tests requested by us as your GP (family doctor), please use or sign up to SystmOnline (cervical smears see below)
MyChart and SystmOnline are separate systems.
Cervical smear results are notified by post.
Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.
GPs are not able to give you the results of a test requested by a hospital specialist. Please contact the hospital team looking after you. Please sign up to My Chart the hospital system for results.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them
